Empty promises

Ordered a LTE device with mweb, they said the whole process takes up to 5 days, received my LTE router yesterday (15 Feb) and when I called for it to be activated they said I must wait 24 hours then the sim will be activated. It's been more than 24 hours now and I called again on 16 Feb, they said it can take up to 48 hours now, looked online and spoke to technical and all confirmed its 24 hours. Called back and lady said she will escalate my call to see why it's not activated but she can't promise that it will be today because they don't work over the weekend. If I know that the service will be this bad I would not have chosen mweb as my service provider.
