Empty MWEB promises

Sign up for fibre 4weeks ago. PRODUCT was changed without discussion. Order appears to be duplicated Followed up progress multiple times. Left contact numbers Received assurance the only activation is necessary. APPARANTLY longer than 14 days is unacceptable and if I Leave my contact number *** I wll be contacted. Did what they asked on a number of instances but nobody contacted me.PLEASE help !
