Emails dropping
I have been an MWeb customer since the very begining of time, I cannot believe how it has changed and no one can help me resolve my issues. I am a business owner and this is my business email for decades. On the chat service I have to wait for about 10 minutes between each message to get an answer. My emails are dropping out of my email box and disappearing both in my outlook and my webmail cannot get to talk to a technician either I am absolutely mad and cannot work like this. MWEB you used to give excellent service this is not acceptable

02 Sept 2026, 10:31Hi I have now been holding on the line for 1 hour 53 minutes trying to get hold of a technician i have had no success with the live chat guys they keep telling me to change my password and it is not allowing me to do that either they tried to change on their side andd the chat stopped working I am beyond exasperated and now finally reduced to tears
