Email service from Mweb no longer reliable

Mweb migrated email in January. Since then I have not had reliable email service. All of January email was completely lost. I have a delay in receiving email. Email is not stable. Some days my folder shows sent messages, Some days there are zero. We had endless calls to mweb ( waiting more than an hour at a time, in line being the first in line ). Technical referred us to a server to recover mail but sadly this was not available and was then taken off line before we could recover. Today I spent two hours attempting to reach mweb via phone. also attempted the chat option on their website
