email not working

I have an email account with mweb that I am paying a monthly fee to have this email address.. I have had numerous hassles trying to make sure this email account is working... I sit hours on the call centre line.at a stage my cellphone minutes and airtime got finished waiting for them to anwer and to my luck they dont even answer.. Totally pathetic...
