Efficient technically team that helps troubleshoot over the phone. I joined Mweb with a promotion pack, I love online gaming with console (Xbox one) and I mostly play GTA online also my Partner watches movie streaming platforms. With Mweb's network it has been fast enough during the promotion pack and even after the promotion ended I still continued with their normal rates and it has been worth it. They are quick to respond to technical issues. I've had ups and down with Agents but I would like to Give Recognition also to Aqueel, best quality and I am also an agent I felt the connection even though it was through chats, I got that through this Agent Mweb I wish u were to have more promotions and offers to loyal customers I really love the Company
