I have joined them after I had 2 contracts with them (Mweb) (Octotel) in the past and I stopped it with damn good service back then(5 or so years ago).Now it is really a different breed of people at this company…firstly there adds is very misleading…it said that you will get the 1st Month R99 and after 30day you decide if it’s for you…We app**** and everything happened quickly and fast ….By the end of October 2022 everything was connected so on the 1st of November 2022 connection would start …this for a 35/25Mbps line for R639…. then in January 2023 I got an email to say that due to price increases the new price at end of January 2023 would be R645 …at beginning of March I received another email to say there prices has increased to R749 for a 50/50 Mbps fibre line which I don’t have or app**** for …after numerous times trying to contact there call centre and not getting through….I decided to pay there offices next to N1 a visit where the security told me that everyone is working from home and that there is no one is there to attend to my complaint…I have been trying to get this sorted since beginning of this month of March 2023 but it’s clear that no one at Mweb is interested in solving client complaints at all…if there is anyone at Mweb reading this contact me on ***
