E-mail delay - Receiving
<p>I often have to wait a long time for e-mails to appear in my inbox. At times its urgent so its inconveneint.</p> <p>Today i sent a mail to myself from my MWEB account. After waiting for more than 10 minutes, it did not appear.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is frustrating as i sometime buy SERVICES e.g. Electricity online and have to wait for the email.</p> <p>Does MWEB only refresh my inbox every 15 mins or so? Should i look for another service provider?</p>
