Dysfunctional Mweb email service

Mweb from time to time decides to delete my email adress on their side which means I cannot use use it to send or receive emails. There is no warning or discussion about this but done unilaterally from their side. They dont have any explanation or apology for this, I just have to suffer the consequences. These being the aggravation of not being able to email and having to report it to them using their laborious verification systems which include multiple verifications due to being transferred between different call centre agents. It also means that they cannot reply to this review via email .... because its not working. Norma at the call centre could not explain why the de-activation will not happen again in future so we just need to live in hope.
