Dropbox throttling
<p>Please stop throttling dropbox (0.2KB/s on 10Mb line) Tested all other sites, no problems, then used Afrihost account....Full speed ahead. STOP IT!</p> <p> </p>

Thank you for taking the time to raise your concerns.
Our customer care representative has made contact with you regarding the query.
Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to provide you our findings and to try and ensure that your query is addressed.
We retrieved the monitoring results for yesterday and found that there was active torrent traffic running while the cloud service was in use.
In order for us to escalate the query, we need to obtain results with only the cloud service in use. Testing for a 30 minute to 60 minute period should suffice in order for us to gather the necessary information.
This will assist us in our escalation to our engineers.
Please do advise if there is any way you can assist us with this.
