Double charge

I made two eft payments (25 May and 25 June) to cover my debit order payments due on the 30th of each month. May 30th Mweb did not attempt to debit my account. All of a sudden on the 30th of June I am being debited for May and June????!!!! I want the debit order that ran to be reversed immediately! AND PAY FOR MY DEBIT ORDER FEE!! In this pandemic you are double charging me?!! I have used the correct references on both my payments but none reflect on my statement. This is my grocery money!!!!!!!!! I WANT IT NOW!!!!
