DON'T waste your time with M-WEB

Doing business with M-Web is the worst experience ever, over the years it has got worse and worse they know that their service is so bad that they have made it near impossible to speak to a human. And in the event you get to speak to one, they are clueless about the products that they support.

It has taken nearly a month to try and move FIBRE, using a carrier ***eon would be more satisfying.

As an internet company, they don't communicate on email, unless its is from a no reply email address.

They don't believe in customer service at all, so rather use any other company for service, Open serve are great they call you back, and assist you and even answer the phone,
