DONT USE THEM

DONT NOT USE THEM...I've been trying to downgrade a line since the 18th Dec... now they have canceled the existing line and not actived the new one. When you try calling be prepared to wait hours on hold and get absolutely no where... rather use another isp. Have never resieved such poor service
