DONT USE MWEB, TERRIBLE SERVICE

Terrible service. Have been with Mweb for years and want to upgrade from 25mps to 50mps. I was told it would take 5 days. I put in the order on 29 Feb 2022 and I'm still waiting. The website says it will be ready on the 29 March 2022. That is 1 month not 5 days. I have phoned repeatedly and nothing. To get hold of anyone is difficult and when I waited for 45 min to talk to someone she put the phone down. Disgusting service Mweb. You should be ashamed. Time to change my service provider I think.
