Don't use Mweb if you want to stay sane

I'm not sure why Mweb just doesn't care about their customers. They make you wait on the phone for over 20 min at a time and these calls are not free! Even worse after you are finally put through to a consultant, they just drop the phone on you. You could swear their services are free. I've been sitting without internet for close to 2 weeks now and I work from home. Absolutely trash service.
