DONT USE MWEB!!! DO NOT !!!

your service is terrible and I feel the need to cancel my package iv been waiting since November 2018 for my LTE package and no one has assisted you are very quick to take money but the service is not the same i feel that the staff is *********** and management isn't doing their jobs it seems as if they have no over site on what is happening in the business i will never ever recommend mweb to anyone. i received a faulty router that was replaced with a second hand router in bad condition then i was promised id get a brand new one within 7 to 10 days and guess what its April and im still waiting, with every call i make i get the same apologies but no assistance.I was double charged and they refuse to refund me and they have have no explanation as to why. every week i get calls telling that i will be getting delivery on that day but till today i have never revived anything MWEB SUCKS!!!! don't waste your money or time its not worth it
