Don’t use Mweb as an ISP! ********

I paid R400 to Mweb(ISP) using my Easypay reference number and the Easypay app as per usual on the 30th of November. Mweb failed to reconnect me because they supposedly can’t see the payment I made to them. I sent them proof of the payment I made on the Easypay app and also attached my Bank statement to show them I made the transaction and it was successful. I called the Mweb call-centre and spent over R100 without getting help. I used the Mweb app to log a ticket, they are ignoring me!!! Mweb is a ****. So many people are complaining about their poor ******** service.
