Don't use Mweb as an ISP

If there were to be an option for zero-star, I would have picked it.

I am an old customer with Mweb. I used to live in Johannesburg, however I moved to Cape Town. I informed them via a ticket, by which they haven't even responded to. The fiber at the new premises was already installed, however the previous owner took the ONT (Hauwei Fiber router). I have told Mweb about it, and all I get is silly responses like: "Get the unit back from the owner". They still charge me seeing the account is active. however it is unusable. Till date, they are too *********** to sort out a simple issue like this.

I am cancelling my service with them and moving to another provider, so should anyone else.
