Don't Trust Mweb

I recently transferred my Fibre from OpenServe to Octotel and the consultant sold me that I would not pay any OpenServe fees and to remove Noord VPN which I never used. This sales and billing services is very poor and requires much intervention on how to treat paying customers> I was billed for two fibre packages R2056.36 And no Mweb person is willing to assist and very disappointed with service and just want a callback to resolve my queries
