Dont support mweb

They do not even deserve 1 star,but im forced to rate them before i can write a review... Mweb is the worst ever internet company... that is why i only see bad reviews everywhere... i have been without internet for 3 hours... i phoned send facebook DM... logged 2 queries on the app and still no responce... facebook stipulates they can not assist as it is holiday times,so when will they start working? I called 10 + times with no answer at all... its now passed 7 pm and they no longer taking calls? You provide us with a service we pay so you are supposed to deliver. I need answers??? I can not pay for a service that is not working... there is no down time in my area... it just says connected without internet
