Dont sign up, they will lock you into a contract for a reason. Pure incompetence

So Mweb sets up sneaky terms in their contracts called "best effort" meaning that if you pay for 100mb line and get 20, it wont matter if they "try their best".

You will get locked into a contract only to chuck their terms at you later when you tell them that you want what you pay for. You send videos of the problem (slow line) on whatsapp and they will block you when they get tired of the complaints.

Avoid Mweb if you want what you pay for and a reasonable after sale service because they really dont give two hoots once you have signed up.

We were told : Oh its because you need to connect to the modem with a cable so we did that with zero improvement. Then oh its your laptop, so we bought a new one still with zero improvement. Mweb landed up costing us in the thousands with finger pointing to everything but their own ******* which shows colossal lack of accountability - thats why you get locked into a contract!!

Excuse after excuse with no real resolution other than a go and get stuffed attitude.

Siff siff company so save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else
