Don't know who is worse between Mweb and Openserve

I placed a online order with Mweb for Fibre. Online I put the correct address ect. They informed me its been given to Openserve as the host. Openserver contacted me on the 9 July to confirm that they will be the next day at 2 Pecanwood Estates. I told them it should be 60 Key West Estates. Openserve informed me they will correct it and the technician will still be out the next day. Technincian arrived and said o no they cant do anything because the address is incorrect. And there it got left! I had to call Openserve they can't do anything, I call Mweb they say its been amended and a email sent. Now 2 days later and Im still waiting, still calling Mweb and Openserve trying to sort it out. Surely it should be as easy as just changing the address submitted to Openserve and contacting them to assure they received the amendment. Now I still don't know when my unit will be installed and no one can tell me.
