Don’t join Mweb even if they’re the only ones coverage in your area! You’ll spend more time trying to reach their call centre than being on the internet anyways.

Extremely Horrible service AGAIN!!! Please just cancel and move me to an ISP that understands what it is to provide service. Your service requires existing clients to enter an OTP sent to their phone number on record, I filled in forms early this year to update my number but I’m still not getting OTPs. You guys can email me to tell me about a price increase but you can’t send an OTP to my email! I’ve been trying to reach you for over a week now and still no luck!! If I select new customer looking for a package funny enough, I can get through, but as soon as they transfer me to the relevant department I’m on hold for over 30 minutes again!! Plain *******!
