Don't join Mweb

Mweb drive me mad, they make it impossible to contact them via email, Am trying to cancel my service as I can no longer afford it due to losing my job because of COVID. They have not interacted with me at all despite my emailing them at the no reply address and also on the phone. Got told middle of July they would consider cancellation at the end of Aug but now they say end of Sept. I cannot afford to pay it so I shall be cancelling my debit order, as they wont engage with me. The worst company ever to deal with. The online info help is limited. You wait ages to speak to someone that's if you can get through. Just impossible.
