Dont go anywhere near mweb if you need fibre internet

Dont go anywhere near mweb if you looking for fibre internet deals..worst ISP provider out there..everyday for a few hours no internet and theres absolutely no help from their side to help..the call centre is not a 24hour helpline so you basically left to sit and wait till internet comes back on if you lose connection after their operating hours..if you leave them messages on their Facebook chat they reply days later with the same pathetic line..someone will contact you but nobody ever does..when you log a query on the actual site they tell you that you must do a speed test..theres no internet so what must you test. Pathetic ISP provider..paying them for nothing really..emails dont work aswel.. so basically you cant contcat them and they dont bother with customer service
