Don't fall into this trap with MWEB and Openserve

MWeb is impossible to reach telephonically or on social media during the week and their sales team makes empty promises on weekends. I signed up with thm, then couldn't get a commitment to install the router, and Openserve failed to pitch for its own appointment. No explanation, or apology. MWEB's sales team promised me twice today that Openserve would get back to me - that never happened so I am guessing the sales guys just wanted to go home on a Saturday and not deal with an irate customer. Still no idea if and when I will be connected so they are probably expecting their customer to sit around at home indefinitely, to wait for service. Worse than Telkom. Wish I hadn't signed up to MWEB because I haven't even been connected yet and this is the start of the relationship.
