Dont ever use MWEB!!!!!!!

MWEB you are a complete nightmare and I can't even find words to explain my disappointment. A move from one home to the other should be a smooth sailing process. Not with you, no! You and any system request is a nightmare! You're supposedly a tech company but you can't manage a simple moving request. I sent you an email thrice in November before my move, and then 7 times in December - only after contacting frogfoot directly, did they come out and activate the line. Mweb, then contacted me early in January to action the request sent in early November - can you ever???? They then activate 2 additional accounts, billing me for 3 accounts, one that was cancelled, one that I activated and then finally one the activated too late. Today I am sitting in a virtual conference on MUgg and Bean because Mweb did not correct this error, and continued billing me on all three accounts, ignored a payment made in November and now my entire account reflects arrears that shouldn't be there, have cancelled my entire account and now I cant run my business from Home. MWEB, you are pathetic!
