❗❗Don't even think of trying trying Mweb.. It's the pits🚮🚮

I would not recommend anyone to use Mweb. I sent an order through to get my account reactivated and I have been taken from pillar to post for over 2 weeks now. Their app is useless nothing there works except for the payment portal (of course when it comes to taking money they are very quick but zero service delivery). The chat feature on the app doesn't work and good luck getting through to anyone over the phone.

When you finally do get through to someone after holding for more than an hour(not even exaggerating) The agents will hang up on you when you share your frustration because you have explained yourself to the other 12 agents that hung up or just transfer you with no explaination.

Mweb was great when I started with them in 2022 but for the past year until date they are the pits
