DON'T BELIEVE "TECCIES"

MWeb have changed their Mweb Talk platform to a Voip platform. After waiting for more than half an hour to talk to a "Teccie" I entered into a difference of opinion where the "Teccie" informed me that calls between Mweb Talk numbers on the new platform are NOT free. I have checked their website and the calls are for free. As a result of the "fantastic" accounting system on the new platform I have also discovered that I have utilised more than a third of my allocated minutes, which is not true. After a call of more than 45 minutes, on the new platform, by the way, I now no longer can phone Mweb on the Voip platform. How is that for service.
