Done with Mweb - Forever.

After 20 years of being a client - NO MORE. Mweb cancelled our fiber service for no reason or warning, takes 3 days to figure out I am not a customer anymore. No one has answers. Call center useless, staff not communicating, holding for 30mins at a time, 3 calls later still no resolution... We will take away all of our business with Mweb, starting today.
