Done with MWEB and I'll make sure the world knows

Previously today i posted a review for vumatel. This ones for MWEB. So MWEB i paid you guys for fibre installation on the 25th/26th of September. Now when you call mweb the voice prompts say that installation takes about 2 weeks. Im aure everyone can count well enough from the 25rh up until and its definitely more than 2 weeks. So at this point being sent from pillar to post i would like a refund so i can find a service provider that actually provides service
