domain not being transfered
I have been struggling to get the domain department to release a ticket to have my website domain moved to a new ISP. I still have 4 websites with MWEB and I am considering moving them due to this total lack of service, even after I called yesterday and was told a ticket will be accepted and that the transfer will be made. I find this totally unacceptable, I have sent email after email yet you do not provide any kind of feedback
