Domain Name Transefer not executed since 2013

The company I work for have been an MWEB client for 14 years. We acquired a domain name in 2013. The domain was managed by MTN business, so I instructed MWEB Business to transfer the Domain name to MWEB for management of our MX Records etc.<br> <br> This just never happened, even after repeated prodding and begging. In the end I had MTN business (the current holders) to make the MX changes for me, which they did free of charge.<br> <br> Fast forward to 2015. I urgently needed MX record changes for redundancy. After requesting MWEB Business to execute it, they rep**** that they do not manage the domain. In other words, the Domain *still* lies with MTN business. <br> <br> I started phoning around, eventually a very friendly and eager consultant (Nawhal Matthews) looked into my issue. She told me MWEB do not manage domains anymore, but due to the age (2 years!) of this issue they might do it for me. Then she phoned back to ask if the MW Records point to IP's in the MWEB range....<br> <br> This question upset me a lot: we have 10 static IP's that MWEB provides, one of which is the target of the MX records.<br> <br> That was on the 5th of Feb 2015. Since then I have received no communication regarding this.
