Doesn't want new clients

Absolutely disgusted by the lack of service. Don't get help over the phone after waiting for 20 mins. Chat within the app doesn't work.

12 days ago I app**** for a new service where you just have to take over a line that no other isp has ever used... 12 ****** days and I'm NO WHERE closer than I was when I started...

I have given serials, the B number and all sorts NUMEROUS times.

No feedback. No help. No service. Absolutely DISGUSTING.
