Does MWEB not want my business? App**** for new Fibre Service, haven't heard from Mweb

Does Mweb not want my business. I app**** for a new Fibre service from Mweb on 26 August, I have left a message on their call back facility and no one has bothered to return my call. Are these companies serious about doing business?

Not a very good first impression, wonder how the after sales services goes, very very sorry for current MWEB customers.
