Does MWeb care about it's customers?

Is there anyone at MWeb that any customer can actually speak to? I have tried and there has been no response at all. They also have no Customer Care email address. When I try 'phoning there is a series of automated questions, all of which I cannot answer. Frustrating and interesting to notice on other reviews that the company does not respond to these kind of reviews.
