Does it really matter who ask for a service to be restored to a solid address.

The weather took out our internet at home, I’m in Africa working and now my Wife has got endless red tape to restore my service at home because the account is in my name. How difficult is it to restore the service to my house even if I’m not there? My wife is not going to run away with the internet and my house. I’m so sick and tired of all the bull****. Obviously I’m small fry and they do not need my R650 per month. Getting to big for their own good. If its not them its the banks but there is always somebody that got a blow up issue, why, been staying at the address for the past 35 years.
