Does anyone actually work at Mweb?

I have been trying to reach someone at Mweb for more than 2 weeks now. I have been trying to pay my account on the online portal where the payment link simply does not work. When you call the contact centre for assistance, it's just an automated time wasting activity because there is no answer once you follow the voice prompts and try to speak to actual individual. The automated response is Did you know, you can pay you your account on the app? Well Hello Mweb....that does not work hence the call, online app queries that were logged with no response or resolution either and numerous direct messages that I have sent on the Facebook and Instagram handles. I actually paid the Mweb Nedbank account that appears on my statement which I was informed was incorrect and a refund is meant to be processed. I sent my documents required for the refund and still nothing. I got an email today notifying me that my services have been cancelled. This is definitely the worst internet after sales provider to date. Makes other companies in the industry look amazing.
