Do not waste your time.

Call center agents are rude. When you call for any issue that is not related to sales, you never get through to them but if you press the sales button it sends you through within a few minutes. I have been trying to get ahold of them concerning fibre installation since last Friday to no avail. I have been calling to cancel but I CANNOT get through!
