DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER FOR BUSINESS ISP

On Friday the 17th June all hosted services go done with MWEB of which my business has a host Virtual server. Notifications are ongoing over the weekend that they can't resolve. Sunday 1am they send an email stating that service has been restored so I login to the server only to find it is not my server but rather a blank machine. This means all databases and software gone. This server protects the integrity of pharmaceuticals! Luckily not having much faith in MWEB we have disaster recovery protocols in place with offsite servers and backups. This still take a team of engineers 5 hours to reconfigure and get online. I have lodged 3 tickets and escalated, I have been calling since Friday and have yet to be acknowledged. I have requested service cancellation forms. Still no answer. If you cannot provide adequate business products and service don't lie and mislead the public. I have never experienced such poor service. Appalling!
