DO NOT USE THIS PROVIDER – THEY’LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU HANGING!

I don’t even know where to begin — I am absolutely DISGUSTED with the way this company operates. They are quick to take your money, but when it comes to actually delivering the service? NOTHING. I waited over a MONTH — more than 30 days — for a simple installation, and when it finally got done, guess what? The internet STILL doesn’t work.

How is that even possible in 2025? How do you call yourself a “service provider” when you can’t even provide the most basic thing you’re being paid for?

I’ve been unable to work, unable to communicate, and basically left stranded — all while this pathetic excuse of a company sits back and does absolutely NOTHING to fix the problem. I’ve called, emailed, followed up multiple times, and all I get is scripted apologies and lies. “We’ll escalate it.” “We’ll send someone.” “We’re working on it.” Lies. Every time.

This company does not care about its customers. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and quite frankly *****ulent. If you value your time, money, and sanity — STAY FAR AWAY from this provider. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy.
