Absolutely HORRIBLE service!

I moved to a new house, literally 1 block away from my previous house. I had to make a new account as my line couldn't be moved, as they said. I have been struggling with them for 29 days! Just to come install my line, which never happened. In my first week, they kept telling me I have no fibre in my area... Second week, they kept making excuses, saying the problem is on Zoom's side. I called them, and I had no problems with them. They heard I was in a completely different area! They even canceled my order without my knowledge! I only found this out after waiting in my third week, and called them and heard it was canceled on their side... Best part is, I am not even being refunded my R 249 you have to pay upfront before they do anything! I went and found a different ISP, and guess what? 4 days later, I have my fibre.
