Do not use Neotel/MWEB Fibre!

We signed up to resell Neotel Fibre Internet for Mweb earlier this year and 4 months later and we still haven't managed to get a single Fibre internet line installed. I would strongly recommend you use a different company if you are looking for Fibre internet. <br> Client 1: We placed the order for 5 different 2mbps NBBF lines. We had been quoted for this product and been told that it is available for our clients. We went through the process of quoting the client and getting approval from our clients for all the lines. Then the following month MWEB/Neotel didn't think they were making enough money, so told us in order for them to put the Fibre lines in, we would need to upgrade to a 5MBPS line or they wouldn't do the installation. How can you tell a client they can have it, and then ask for more money once pricing is agreed. <br> Client 2: placed an order for a 5MBPS line in August of this year and was told it would be installed in no more than 8 weeks. After waiting over 3 months for this, we were told on November 16th, that Neotel had no space available and would not do the installation. 3 MONTHS this client has been waiting!<br> Do yourself a favour and use a different Fibre provider!
