Do not use Mweb!!!! They just want more money.

I have received the worst possible service from Mweb. I had a internet connection with them and Octotel at my previous residence and always had bad internet quality. I always took that it was Octotel as thats who Mweb blamed. I have now moved over to Openserv with Mweb at my new residence and still have the same issue. Mweb never wants to take the blame for it being their issue. The root cause still lies at Mweb as I have changed providers, bought new routers and still the same issue.

I have requested that Mweb cancel my service as I am paying for internet that is more inactive than active. Mweb now wants to come and tell me I have to pay a cancellation penalty fee for early cancellation as I have a signed contract with them. How in this world do companies work?? Their service does not work, they take a monthly fee for a product that is supposed to work 100% but doesn’t and now they want their client to pay more money to them for a issue that is not the clients fault.
