Do not use MWEB, they do not provide a service but know how to take your money!

I have been battling for almost three months with intermittent fibre connections, the call center is completely uninterested. A manager by the name of Cindy was supposed to call me back, I am still waiting. Now, apparently, another manager named Salaycha is going to call me back today! I am prepared to gamble and say this is obviously not going to happen. Do NOT WASTE your money with Mweb, you will not get service, they fail to deliver routers that they promise to deliver! I am beyond disappointed!
