Do not use Mweb I repeat do not unless you willing to go through this nightmare

Hello my name is Makgotso Mothosola I have been with mweb for a while now I’ve recently moved apartments and informed mweb on time to please come install a beeline in my new apartment well it’s been over 3 weeks of them dragging their feet even though I have previously stated I work from home so lack of internet could result in me losing my job ... they told me they have placed an order with vumatel but I called vumatel and they have no idea of what I am talking about as the order number granted by mweb doesn’t show up on their system ... I called mweb back it took me 2 hours to finally reach someone (after endless hang ups and holding for 30 minutes just for the to hang up ) well I finally speak to someone and all they have to say is I should give them another week as they supposedly working on it’s if they haven’t been working on it all this while ...my advice is if you ever want an ISP please do not I repeat do not go for mweb otherwise you will experience their horrible customer services and rude consultants...as for me I’m still waiting on them after weeks of not being able to do my job because of their lousy services
