Do NOT USE MWEB FOR WIFI

Do NOT use MWeb as a wifi service provider.

My wifi router stopped working and I was advised to purchase a new router, which I ordered, paid for and had delivered. Upon receipt of the router, I tried setting the router up following the prompts that the router offers.

As much as I followed the prompts to set up the router, the internet has not worked. It has been 3 months without internet even though I am being billed. I have been trying to call and get technical help to only be placed on hold for over 30 minutes trying to reach an advisor. Their customer service is atrocious. Do not use them!
