DO NOT use MWEB Fibre!!

Worst customer service ever!!!!! New client, new installation of fibre, paid for administration, received no fibre, took my money and ignores ALL correspondence. Was put on hold for 41 minutes!!! Numerous emails, NO response. Numerous live chats submitted NO response. DO NOT MAKE USE OF MWEB FIBRE!!!! If there customer service is this atrocious, imagine when you have an issue with connectivity. NO THANK YOU!
