Do Not Use Mweb !!!

DO NOT USE Mweb, my bill was R629.00 a month now its R699, I called the 4 times no answer the stupid robot on the call can't locate my account. They said it was unthrottled fibre and I can't count the amount of times I have been throttled. MWEB DO NOT CARE ABOUT THERE CUSTOMERS THEY DON'T WANT TO TALK TO OR HEAR ABOUT THE PROBLEM. Guys please safe yourself the struggle and don't use them.
