Do not use MWEB as a service provider, ever!

A month ago, I paid R399 for Fibre but had to cancel, requested a refund 2 days later and I still haven't received communication on when I'll receive my money, despite speaking to a call Centre agent and sending mails to countless different email addresses.

This should be considered theft!!
